SvaraRaderaJag höll på att fortsätta: "Det är väl bara en tidsfråga innan din blogg blir censurerad." Men sen insåg jag att den demokratiska tyrannin inte behöver någon censur.
Den triangulerar i stället mot det populistiska mittfältet och spelar på "vanliga människors" oro och längtan efter lag, ordning, enkelhet och trygghet.
Vi som envisas med att göra motstånd är bara irrelevanta löss i maktens päls: "Alla tjänar på att det slutar klia".
;) Det är dock ärofullare än det låter...

SvaraRaderaOm det skulle stanna vid en lyckoskapande regering som höll folket dumt och passivt men lyckligt, kan man undra varför det skulle vara så dåligt egentligen. Det är ju jobbigt att tänka och välja och besluta och ta ansvar! Skönt om makthavarna gör det åt en! Om folket för alltid får vara lyckliga, vad är problemet liksom?
Men problemet är att det inte finns några garantier för att makthavarna kommer att fortsätta hålla folket lyckligt bara för att de kanske gjort det hittills. När de väl fått total makt över folket, får de kanske för sig att testa en massa läskiga nya läkemedel på sitt folk, använda folket som otillfrågade försöksråttor, för att gynna framtagandet av bättre och bättre läkemedel åt sig själva. Bara för att ta ett exempel.
Det vore alltså inget problem i sig att makthavarna håller folket lyckligt, om de bara skulle komma att göra det för alltid. Problemet är att makthavarna inte får bli så mäktiga att folket blir BEROENDE av att makthavarna för all framtid kommer att vilja folket väl.
